The Gourmet Delight PackageToday I was the recipient of a late birthday present from Peter: The Gourmet Delight mushroom habitat package. Above, you see the potential beginnings of pounds of shitake, morel, pom pom blanc and oyster mushrooms from Gourmet and Mushroom Products. Though I'm home with a beginning cold today, I hope to begin these habitats soon. Stay tuned!
