Yesterday was my designated glass day. I had a request from my good friend Julie for some
dichroic fused glass pins for her beautiful handmade purses, so I took the opportunity to spend the day in my little studio for the day. Below you see some of the nearly finished pieces in the glass kiln.

After they cool, I remove them from the kiln and use the grinder to remove any sharp edges. Here they are, cooling on a ceramic tile.

It was a good day to mind the kiln while I went through several of the unfinished project-piles, and began to organize my room for holiday crafts.
Altogether, a satisfying day.
